Rustic Barn Wedding in Temecula, CA

Briana and Sam just got married at Wedgewood Galway Downs this past May. I still remember meeting Briana for the first time. I knocked on her door for her preview and I remember thinking to myself, “She looks like a real-life Barbie!” Briana was such a beautiful person inside and out! We talked about what she was envisioning for her hair and makeup for her wedding day. Briana decided to have her hair down, long, and curly for her big day. For makeup, Briana wanted an airbrush foundation with an aubergine eye.
Then came the big day! Briana let her bridesmaids pick what hairstyles and makeup they wanted. We did everything from up-does, to down-does, to buns. We stayed with a soft blue and pink color palette to compliment the wedding for the ladies' makeup. The bridesmaids wore steel blue robes with lace trims and the maid of honor wore a beautiful silver dress.
Briana wore a GORGEOUS white dress with lace trim as well. She had a long train and veil. We have to talk about her shoes though! She wore blue satin shoes with crystal brooches on the back! I am a sucker for shoes, so naturally I thought I would die when I saw them!
For her hair, we did custom extensions of course! Since she wanted long curled hair, the custom extensions, which matched perfectly, gave her that Beyoncé hair she was looking for! Extensions give you volume and that extra oomph that every bride wants on her wedding day! We had already washed and preppier her extensions, so we started by teasing her hair in the back and on the crown of her head. This helps to keep your volume all night long. We then pin curled her hair for 4 hours while her hair cooled down. Briana looked amazing for her big day!
For makeup, we stayed with a clean and dewy airbrush foundation. We did an aubergine eye and smoked it out with a little pink! To bring the look together, we added two sets of mink lashes! She really did look like Barbie in the end.
I knew that Sam was going to cry the moment he saw her walk down the aisle... and he did. Sam wore a bright blue suit and looked very sharp in it! Their wedding was stunning and everything looked so good together! We are so honored to have been a part of Briana and Sam’s big day, and we wish them both the best of luck!
